What youll be doing:Design, develop, and maintain intricate SQL queries and stored procedures that could rival the Upside Down.Optimize database performance to keep our data as vibrant as the lights on the Byers' house.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions like deciphering a hidden message.Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues faster than Eleven can move a mountain.Develop and implement database standards and best practices to keep our systems safe from demogorgons.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow team members, like a true hero in our own Stranger Things saga.Skills & Experience:Proficiency in T-SQL and performance tuningyour queries should be as tight as a battle plan against the Shadow Monster.Strong understanding of database design and normalizationbuild a strong foundation, just like our heroes.Experience with data warehousing and ETL processesmaster the flow of data like Mike leading the party.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)lets keep track of our adventures!Excellent communication and teamwork skillsbecause in this world, friends dont lie.Personal attributes:A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures.
