Develop and maintain strong networks within the horse racing community and beyond to enhance trading strategies and market positioning.
Provide mentorship and support to junior traders, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring development in both retail and online trading contexts.
Utilize trading platforms and analytics tools to evaluate performance and implement innovative horse trading strategies, while being versatile in multi-sport management.

Requirements Requirements for this Senior Sports Trader job in Johannesburg : 7 to 12 years of experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on sports trading and a strong emphasis on horse racing.
Proven ability to run a book and balance risk effectively across multiple sports and events.
Strong understanding of both retail and online trading environments, with the ability to manage staff in both settings.
