Senior Specialist: Tower Inspection & Compliance

Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a Senior Specialist: Tower Inspection Compliance to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months.HybridRole Purpose: The Senior Specialist will oversee end-to-end technical operations and service provider contract performance management, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders across legal, finance, supply chain management, health and safety, information technology, and compliance departments to ensure effective service delivery.Minimum Requirements:Relevant degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or Construction Management.Project management certification desirable.Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in contract management or a related field.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and manage customer and vendor/contractor performance against SLAs.Monitor compliance with SLAs and provide strategic information for decision-making.Ensure accurate information gathering and reporting for network management.Implement and manage tower analysis, modification, maintenance, and rectification programs to uphold the integrity of tower infrastructure.Lead negotiations for agreements with contractors and customers, identifying and mitigating risks associated with tower infrastructure.Develop, update, and implement quality assurance processes for new build and operational activities.Monitor contractor compliance with quality standards and maintain tower infrastructure and customer equipment databases.Prepare and manage budgets for tower maintenance activities, establishing team goals and tracking metrics.Other Responsibilities:Foster relationships with internal and external customers, addressing inquiries related to tower infrastructure.Review and analyze tower maintenance reports submitted by vendors and ATC partners.Provide technical direction to maintenance contractors during execution of works, ensuring compliance with Tower Maintenance Agreements.Monitor tower maintenance and rectification works to ensure timely completion.Supervisory Responsibilities:Provide leadership and support to teams within a specific region.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.Familiarity with contract management software and tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.If you have the required expertise and are ready to contribute to maintaining high standards in telecommunications infrastructure, apply now to join our team!
