Senior Specialist, Business Support & Recovery Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
To build subject matter knowledge within Segment/Product Business Solutions and Recoveries (BS&R) to lead and deliver on robust end-to-end Business Solutions and Recoveries (BS&R) services for distressed credit (watchlist and NPL items) management.
To provide specialist advice in the restructuring of distressed exposures, and the recovery of defaulted exposures in terms of the BS&R mandate and in the context of a dedicated portfolio matters.
Qualifications Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Legal

Experience Required: Credit Risk – BCB
Risk & Corporate Affairs
More than 10 years experience.
The role requires a seasoned leader with proven financial capability and knowledge of the full dimensions of Credit, Business and Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking, gained from a track record of 10 years or more in functional leadership who is capable of influencing outstanding leaders and a large body of employees.
Experience in Credit / Risk Management is a key requirement.
Deal structuring within an investment banking environment.
Specific segment experience required.
The successful incumbent will be required to travel to our Johannesburg offices in Rosebank on a regular basis.
