Senior Specialist: Business Development

Your overall purpose will be to provide expertise to generate new business and acquire new customers to achieve defined sales targets. Responsibilities:Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure the acquisition of new business.Appoint and identify new business and franchise opportunities.Build and maintain a sufficient and adequate new business pipeline to achieve revenue.Conduct research and gather data to provide input to operational reporting and decision making.Define standard operating procedures (SOPs).Provide specialist advice to identify and develop solutions to improve quality of processes andNegotiate customer pricing within set guidelines to maximize profitability. Qualifications and Experience:3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment, of which at least 1 - 2 years' specialist experienceMaster of Business Administration: International Business Management qualification would be ideal.
