Responsibilities:Treatments include but not limited to, Massages ,facials and pedicure and manicureA valid license to practice as a massage therapistKnowledge of skincare and beauty productsGuest service and relationsMaintaining high hygiene standardsEquipment maintenanceMaintaining stock levelsMarketing of the lodge treatments on offerBasic reception work in the spaCandidate Requirements:Have formal training from an accredited institutionStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage appointments and schedules efficientlyAbility to work well as part of a team and support junior staffCommunication skills - with guests and fellow staff membersWell organised and likes to work in a clean environmentCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatmentsKnowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environmentMust show initiative to problem solve and work with fellow staffAdhere to high service standards to ensure the best quality of servicePassionate about guest satisfactionHonest and must have good integrityLive-in position??Location: Greater Knysna Area, Western Cape
