SENIOR SOUS CHEF – ZULULAND – R15000 to R18000 Live in
Urgently recruiting for a SENIOR SOUS CHEF for a Luxury 5* Game Lodge in Zululand.
Requirements:
• Qualification in Culinary Art
• Must have 5* A la Carte experience and exceptional plating skills
• Lodge experience a definite
• At least 5 to 8 years' Cheffing experience
• Must be able to work 21 days on 7 days off rotation
