Position: Senior Sous Chef
Location: Grahamstown, EC
Salary: R22,000
Requirements:

Diploma or formal qualification in Culinary Arts.
At least 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role at a 5-star lodge/hotel.
Hold a current food handler health card or HACCP/Food Safety certificate.
Knowledge of GAAP POS and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of food costing and wastage control.
Sober habits and strong leadership abilities.
Strong ability to lead a team and work under high levels of pressure.
Valid driver's license.
Good knowledge of F&B service.
