Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sous Chef

Position: Senior Sous Chef
Location: Grahamstown, EC
Salary: R22,000

Requirements:

* Diploma or formal qualification in Culinary Arts.
* At least 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role at a 5-star lodge/hotel.
* Hold a current food handler health card or HACCP/Food Safety certificate.
* Knowledge of GAAP POS and MS Excel.
* Good knowledge of food costing and wastage control.
* Sober habits and strong leadership abilities.
* Strong ability to lead a team and work under high levels of pressure.
* Valid driver's license.
* Good knowledge of F&B service.
