Senior Sous Chef | Kruger

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a luxury 5* lodge in the Kruger National Park to recruit an experienced SENIOR SOUS CHEF to join their Team.
Requirements:

A Chef's diploma from a reputable institution.
3 years' fine dining experience preferred in a senior chef's role.
Strong leadership & management skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for food, up to date with current trends & eagerness to learn more.
Must be able to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skilled in kitchen hygiene standards and practices.
Strong organizational skills, knowledge of stock control and procurement.
A hardworking, energetic & positive candidate with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Stable employment history and contactable references.
