Senior Sous Chef

Details of the offer

Qualified Chef with previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a hotel/lodge kitchen. Minimum 5 years experience in a medium sized kitchen. Excellent communication skills. There are 2 restaurants on the property, a function marquee and Conference centre. Must have experience with Q-pro or similar audit systems. Own transport and a drivers licence. Must have knowledge of POS, capturing invoices and ordering. Have experience catering for functions up to 500pax.
- Ability to run the kitchen, assisting the Executive Chef
- Take charge of kitchen stock takes
- Assist with menu planning
- Disciplining staff
- Take full charge of the kitchen when the Executive Chef is not on duty
