We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Sous Chef to bloom with us, adding your culinary flair to our vibrant team.What Is Required:As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the culinary team, working directly under the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with our luxury standards.
You will assist in managing the kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring that every dish meets the high standards of quality, presentation, and flavour that our guests expect.Your role involves a combination of culinary creativity, kitchen management, and leadership.
