Candidate requirements: Min of 5years experience in a Hotel as a Sous Chef Able to assist an Executive Chef in coordinating an supervising a team Good knowledge on budgets and profit margins Must be knowledgeable on health and safety requirements and audits Excellent stock-take abilities Be able to mentor and train a team Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a great working environment Be firm in managing and disciplining staff Be very well-presented and have impeccable personal hygiene Be well-spoken and able to communicate with guests The ability to take full charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef Must have own vehicle and driver's license Salary: R18kpm Live-out position, Meals provided on duty, Provident fund contribution
