Candidate requirements:Min of 5years experience in a Hotel as a Sous ChefAble to assist an Executive Chef in coordinating an supervising a teamGood knowledge on budgets and profit marginsMust be knowledgeable on health and safety requirements and auditsExcellent stock-take abilitiesBe able to mentor and train a team Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a great working environment Be firm in managing and disciplining staff Be very well-presented and have impeccable personal hygiene Be well-spoken and able to communicate with guests The ability to take full charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef Must have own vehicle and driver's licenseSalary: R18kpmLive-out position, Meals provided on duty, Provident fund contribution
