Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Relationships: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers and franchises.
Identify and leverage opportunities for our client's Software Solutions across diverse contexts.
Engage key decision-makers within client organisations to drive sales.
Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to address customer needs, proposed solutions, costs, and technology.
Articulate technology and pricing models clearly to clients.
Provide clients with up-to-date technical information and strategic advice.
Identify and highlight customer needs, offering tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's software solutions and service offerings.
Elevate the sales teams product knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
Lead training sessions and assist franchise sales teams with product demonstrations.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement budgets and sales targets.
Foster customer relationships to prepare for purchases and encourage system upgrades.
Proactively address customer objections with effective strategies.
Present detailed solution and cost recovery proposals based on thorough industry knowledge.
Employ a consultative approach in selling software solutions.
Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Engage confidently in boardroom meetings as well as discussions with end-users and IT specialists.
Continuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and document reviews.
Achieve monthly sales performance targets and objectives.
