Senior Software Engineer – Permanent – Sandton – R1.3M Per Annum

Looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team within the Central Services Risk and Compliance division.
This team works with both Java and C# solutions.
This role involves the design, development and implementation of new solutions, maintenance, enhancement, and support of existing systems.

Requirements: 9 10 years experience using Java, with a working knowledge of C# for future buildsExperience using Spring, Web Services (REST APIS), Hibernate, and AngularJS or AngularContribute to Front-end and Back-end applications developmentDatabases knowledge with SQL knowledge beneficialExposure to batch and near real-time processing systemsBe proficient in Continuous Integration and Continuous DevelopmentKnowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, and Azure Data Factory beneficialAn understanding of Agile methodologiesExperience in Data analysis and modelling would be advantageous.Ability to use troubleshooting tools Reference Number for this position is GZ59455 which is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a cost to company salary of R1.3m per annum
