Senior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a professional Senior Roaming Supervisor to coordinate and oversee our day-to-day operations.The duties will include formulating strategy, improving performance, achieving KPI's on all warehouse sites, increasing headcounts per existing sites and maintaining excellent client relationships.
You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.Ultimately, we'll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all operations are carried in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management systems, processes and best practicesHelp the organization's processes remain legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine productivity data and use them to improve productivityEnsure KPI's are achieved as per scorecards for all sitesRecruit, train and supervise staffFind ways to increase quality of customer serviceHR and Industrial Relations experience.RequirementsProven work experience as Senior Supervisor or similar roleKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementFamiliarity with business and financial principlesExcellent communication skillsLeadership abilityOutstanding organisational skillsQualifications:Must have MatricClear credit recordClear criminal recordValid drivers licenceOwn vehicle
