SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree, in the electrical engineering field8-12 years plus technical experience in Field Service and workshop repairs, service & support and or project execution in Industry.Excellent Fundamental knowledge of Drives and Motors.Knowledge on products/systems, service solutions in Drives and Motors.Knowledge on health and safety operating procedures.Customer focused attitude, able to communicate and coordinate effectively, able to be flexible and work in a team environment.
Should think and act systemicallyUphold Brand reputation and ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.Onsite/application problem solving abilities and solution approach mindset.
