Job Description:We are looking for a talented SEO Manager to oversee our search engine optimization strategy and execution. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans to improve our website's visibility, ranking, and traffic across search engines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, technical infrastructure, and off-site factors to drive organic growth and achieve business objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic SEO plans that align with business goals and objectives, focusing on increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and topics relevant to our target audience and industry, and integrate them into website content and optimization strategies.Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for targeted keywords, user intent, and search engine visibility.Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and user engagement, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed, that may impact search engine visibility and user experience.Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and recommendations across all website assets and initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and make recommendations to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.Monitor and analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and gaps, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support SEO initiatives and drive results.Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, key metrics, and progress toward goals to stakeholders and leadership teams.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance and driving measurable results.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance in all SEO initiatives.Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and HTML/CSS is a plus.Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are desirable.Passion for SEO and digital marketing, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
