This role has a critical part to play in developing and crafting impactful, clear and compelling SEO copy that supports and delivers on our vision of creating the world's best trading experience.
Your role in the Team: When you join us as a senior copywriter, you'll be a member of the SEO, General and UX copy team, which forms part of our in-house agency. You'll be responsible for the development of distinctive SEO copy to support marketing teams to deliver internal-facing and client-facing content. You should be able to work autonomously, without any guidance from other writers. You'll have to interpret business and general marketing information to provide innovative and proactive advice that influences key decision makers (within copy and in other departments). Lastly, you'll be expected to display line management potential.
What you'll do: Write clear and compelling copy to brief, balancing writing for search engines with appealing and persuasive copy for readers.Clearly articulate the strategic thinking in the content produced considering keyword density and prominence as well as tone and style.Brainstorm and create original content that supports SEO strategy for both on- and off-page campaigns.Take feedback from multiple stakeholders and compliance, and refine work to meet their needs.Adapt work from external writers, or review, proofread and edit internal copy as required.Understand our complex products and articulate this clearly in content for various client segments.Contribute to projects and campaigns, and make client-centered recommendations.Deliver on KPIs and lead others in adopting productivity and quality improvements.Review, proofread and edit copy as required.Adapt work that has originated from external agencies and freelancers.Who we're looking for: You're curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
