Senior Security Manager

Responsibilities:Develop, implement and monitor security policies, protocols and procedures.Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.Minimum Requirements:15 years + experience as security manager or in a similar position.Experience in using relevant security technology and equipment.Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.Solid understanding of budgeting and analysis of trends.Working knowledge of MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Committed and reliable.Degree or Diploma in the field of Security.Grade A PSIRA Registration essential.Valid Firearm competency for shotgun, handgun and rifle.Code 10 Drivers licence essential.Valid SAPS Clearance certificate.Previous experience in SAPS will be an advantage.
