We are looking for ambitious and experienced individuals who are passionate about SAP Banking Services to join our growing SAP Financial Services team.Working within innovative transformation projects you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver international SAP projects with special focus on the Financial Services industry:Task DescriptionProject management including strategic, functional and technical consulting for our customers' Banking projectsRecording, advising on and coordinating customer requirementsDeveloping project landscapes with customersDeveloping project strategies and conceptsPlanning, organizing, estimating costs for and implementing projects in the SAP environmentCombining migration-specific aspects of the business processes of the legacy systems and the SAP target systems to act as an expert intermediary between the specialist department and ITAdvising and supporting the project teams with regard to designing migration processesControlling and coordinating the project team membersDefinition/validation of governance, risk management and overall reporting aspects for the project – including board packs and Steering Committee sessions.Quality assuranceLeveraging various delivery methodologies and principles (e.g. Agile), to achieve the optimal delivery cadence within the team.
Skill RequirementUniversity degree specializing in IT or, alternatively, several years of experience in delivering SAP technology solutions. Banking industry experience is preferable but not a necessity.Alternatively, Minimum 5 years experience in managing the design and delivery of technology solutions in the banking sector.Technical and functional understanding of SAP and/or SAP S/4H technology in one of the following areas: S/4H Finance, Banking Services, TRBK, CML, Business Partner or SAP CRMEvidence of experience of successfully implementing at least two projectsStrong communication skills paired with a confident and friendly manner and excellent social skillsWillingness to travel worldwide, location preferred Europe, South AfricaFluent and proficient written and spoken English
