Senior Sales Representative - Medsurg Sportsmed

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our Sales Team and look after SportsMed activity in the Johannesburg area.
What you will do: Call on Orthopaedic surgeons - via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearooms.Sell on a daily basis.Admin – weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders.Call on Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, CSSD sisters, stock controllers.Conduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sisters.Participate in constant online training for development.Collaborate with team as well as other divisions.Scrub up for theatre cases – CRICE certified.Travel is 70-80% of the time.Reside in/close to the territory.What you need: 5+ years Sales experience in the SportsMed field with a Diploma in a related field.Higher Education preferable.Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations is a must.Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.Confidence and persistence.Patience and self-motivation.Analytical and planning skills.Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes.Strong teamwork and networking skills.Commercial and business awareness.Valid driving license.
