A motivated Senior Sales Representative is needed to maintain and develop customer relationships, sell products, and meet customer needs. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will manage their schedule to engage with existing and potential clients, fostering growth in the customer base.

Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration (Preferred); Three to five years of industry sales experience, preferably in FMCG; Valid C1 driver's license with PDP; Willing to travel to North West and Mpumalanga from Gauteng; Experience dealing with chain retail stores; Ability to speak at least one African language; Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage customer relationships effectively; Proficiency in analyzing consumer behavior and sales data; Entrepreneurial mindset with a performance-driven approach; Role & Responsibilities: Set sales targets based on store potential and location; Sell products, exceed customer needs, and build strong relationships; Service existing accounts, establish new accounts, and coordinate sales promotions; Plan daily schedules to visit sales outlets and trade factors; Evaluate prospective customers, adjust presentations, and drive new product sales; Analyze sales, develop action plans, and monitor competition; Manage events, resolve customer complaints, and recommend product or policy changes; Maintain professional knowledge, keep sales records, and contribute to team goals; Ensure proper maintenance of the company vehicle.
