Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the heavy machinery sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of the heavy machinery industry.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of success.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide insights to senior management.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
