ITC Hospitality Group is a fast-growing CBD-based and privately owned property letting and management company that has been in the industry for 20 years. The Company currently represents 4 and 5-star graded and serviced apartments located within the Cape Town CBD, Foreshore and De Waterkant areas. We are currently recruiting for an energetic, well-organised and dynamic Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop market-specific sales strategies
Establish, maintain and expand customer account base
Conducting a minimum of 20 prospecting sales/cold calls per week
Conducting 2-3 outside sales calls per week to current and prospective clients.
Conducting consistent on-site visits of ITC properties to prospective clients
Reach targets and goals set by Company
Report weekly sales activity to Director of Sales
Assist with guest queries on occasion.
Participate in a one-week per every five-weeks with on-call rotation duties that includes after hour, weekend and public holiday check-in/check-outs
Requirements
:
Negotiation and selling skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification
2+ years of experience in a similiar role
