Senior Sales Manager - Fire & Security Industry

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our amazing client's Durban region.
In this exciting permanent role, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving business goals and driving regional sales growth.Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a high-performing regional sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive regional revenue growth.Identify and convert potential leads into satisfied customers.Manage and maintain positive customer relationships within the region.Ensure the region meets all deadlines and adheres to company procedures.Recruit and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of compliance and motivation.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.Actively participate in the successful onboarding of new clients.Maintain control and monitor company assets in the region.Oversee operational efficiency and implement cost-effective solutions.Minimum Qualifications:Matriculation certificate.Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales management role.Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.Strong focus on sales and business development (80% of role).Experience with budget forecasting and planning.Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills.Proficient in office and operational practices.Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
