To be developed into a Sales Manager when vacancies are available (Key Individual).

Recruitment process orientation (On-Boarding)
MS Office (Spread over 12 months – if necessary)
Digital training

Minimum Requirements
Formal Education:

Matric
Relevant Full Qualification as per the FSCA Board Notice

Technical/Legal Certification:

Registered as an Employee Representative (FSCA)
Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives (RE5)
Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals (RE1)
Class of Business: Long Term Insurance & Investment (Advantage)
Updated CPD points

Experience:

2 Years' Experience in the Insurance Industry
Experience in Category A, B1, B2, C and Retail Benefits
Fit and Proper Rep for all Tier 1 products
Fit and Proper Rep for all Tier 2 products
