This position is responsible for providing an excellent service to all Weylandts clients. You will be required to use excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills to grow your sales pipeline. This position will be based in our Kramerville Showroom in Johannesburg. Main Accountabilities: Financial Management Consistently meet and exceed monthly and YTD Cash Collected (Net of VAT), and Discount Target Drive new sales opportunities through a variety of innovative methods Customer/ Brand Management 360° Drive exceptional customer service with full accountability for customer engagement and communication Assist clients and ensure that their needs are identified and met Act as the single point of contact for the client Ensure that care instructions are explained Maintain general housekeeping and ensure that all items are priced and displayed correctly Ensure training compliance in line with company policy Operational Management Ensure that processes detailed below are executed efficiently and as per company policy Sales Orders Account Management SR Management / Resolution Stock take Studio Referral Decorator / Partner Program Qualifications: Grade 12/ Matric Relevant diploma/ degree advantageous e.g. Interior Design Experience and skills: Minimum of 5 years work experience Previous experience in consumer-centric environment Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills Comfortable working with different systems and technology, including POS and stock management systems Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays Passionate about décor and Weylandts furniture and homeware products.
