Overview: As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing your team and executing sales and marketing strategies. You will identify new market opportunities, manage customer relationships and key accounts, and lead campaigns to increase brand awareness.Responsibilities / Duties:Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.Manage sales cycles, including negotiations and closing high-value deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions.Experience managing and directing a sales team.Marketing:Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.Develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific client segments.Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals.Collaborate with the management team to create marketing materials that highlight product benefits and features.Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.General Responsibilities:Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.Manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring alignment with company goals.Present regular updates on sales and marketing performance to senior management.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years sales and marketing experience in the construction / civil engineering industry.Understanding of customer requirements.Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong time management and organizational abilities.Must have a traceable track record as an effective business, sales, and marketing strategist.Remuneration:R60k, plus company vehicle and commission and performance-based bonuses.
