If you do not meet the minimum requirements you will not be considered for this role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompany Wellness Solutions is looking for a dynamic go-getter with extensive sales experience in B2B and corporate. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record.Experience in the corporate wellness industry is a huge plus. Must be able to work under pressure and hunt for new business while also effectively attending to incoming leads. Your book of contacts and your drive is the deciding factor here.Sales account managers are responsible for managing the sales efforts of their company's products or services. They work with a variety of different clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and they help these clients find value in the company's offerings.Non-negotiables:Own car and laptopProven sales record with contactable referencesBook of clients and contactsAbility to work under pressureUnderstanding the premise of business development in order to create valuable strategic partnershipsDesired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Document complaints, issues, and problems with the sales process for future reviewIdentify opportunities for sales improvementAssist customers and educate them on the benefit of the company's productsEnsure client projects are successful by communicating with relevant departments involved in the project and, if required, participating in the execution of eventsWork after hours if the project requiresTravel to see clients when required; petrol reimbursements only occur after a 30km radius, one way. For any other reimbursements, valid receipts are requiredDeliver and create presentations for new businessAttend client meetingsMaintain relationships with existing clientsExpand relationships with potential clientsIdentify potential new clients and create relationships with themObtain reference letters after projects have been implementedNegotiate pricing details with clients or customers to meet their needs while maintaining profit margins for the companyMeet with clients to discuss project details and develop proposals for new business opportunitiesMeet with clients to strategize on ways to increase utilizationCreate a HELP assessment and any other assessment report that you have sold and host a meeting with the client to discuss findings and recommend solutionsLaunch your closed EAP clients on product offeringsSustain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business from repeat purchasesMeet regularly with management to discuss performance metrics, goals, and progress toward objectivesDevelop sales leads from prospects provided by the company's marketing departmentWork with internal departments such as finance and accounting to ensure that sales goals are metProvide feedback to management on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and other marketing initiativesComplete administrative work as requiredManage a portfolio of accountsHandle certain aspects of the company's campaignGenerate new business using the existing company's network contactsEnsure that solutions are successfully and timely delivered to customers and according to their specificationsRegularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders on the progress of initiatives employed in sales activities on relevant project management systemsEnsure achievement of sales targets.Commission will be payable based on the start date and signed SLA for EAP clients; all other commissions will be payable once the invoice has been paid by the clientSenior client success manager focuses on larger deals and clients with the support of their junior, training them on daily tasks & KPI requirements.Positive attributes:Experience in the EAP, corporate wellness, or VAS sectorDegree or diploma in salesSalaryTo be discussed.Good commission and fantastic OTE.LocationYou will be required to work from the office in Fourways, Johannesburg from 8 am to 5 pm. We do not do WFH or flexi-time, unfortunately.
