We are looking for a talented Leader to own our Reverse Logistics/After Market Services programs.
You will own the building of this program that deal with all inventory customers return to Amazon.
You will work directly with legal, operations, transportation, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the best inventory outcomes possible.
The right candidate will have program management background and experience in leading large projects.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute the program, and future roadmaps to achieve business goals.
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and come up with solutions - short and long term
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Set up performance management and compliance mechanisms and track performance on a day to day basis;
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis
Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with SQL
