We are looking for a Senior Recruitment researcher/ Sourcing Specialist who will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to build a robust pipeline of candidates for various roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process, while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit and alignment with company values. Manage relationships with passive candidates and nurture their interest in potential opportunities. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging top talent. In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process. Proficiency in Placement partner and other recruitment technologies.
