Your role:The Senior Research Consultant is responsible for ensuring successful design and delivery of research solutions for clients. This includes working directly with clients to build innovative tech first research solutions and across Bulbshare teams to deliver research projects. Key to this is understanding client needs and designing methodologies, analysing and interpreting data to best meet the client's objectives, whilst co-ordinating internal operations teams to meet timelines. The individual must possess significant Qualitative Market Research experience including digital research experience, ability to work independently as well as in a team. Previous experience in quantitative methodologies or mixed qualitative and quantitative methodologies is an added bonus.

Deliver a range of complex qualitative projects from start to end, including thinking out of the box for versatile tech research solutions throughout the project cycleKey tasks: lead client briefs to understand business objectives; design agile tech first methodology, project design and implementation; write insightful qualitative reports with strategic recommendationsPreparation of presentations to a high standard requiring little or no input from senior managementAbility to present findings to clients at a high level with strategic recommendations for the business, contextualise with category knowledge and competitor landscapeDeliver exceptional value to clients and deepen client account relationshipsWhat we are looking for:Qualifications and technical skills required Education: Candidates should be educated to at least degree level with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalentA minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar senior qualitative research role is essentialPast experience in running online or hybrid market research studies is an advantageInterest in innovative research designs to deliver agile, impactful outputGood appreciation/understanding of marketing / client issuesPrevious experience working with FMCG companies is an advantageExcellent communication skills and command of English, both written and spokenAbility to plan ahead, multitask and drive solutions around related aspects of your roleExcellent analytical problem solving skillsGenuine curiosity and energy in your chosen fieldCommercially focusedAbility to build relationships across departments, suppliers and clientsProven expertise with Qualitative data analysis, and translating Qualitative findings into impactful, meaningful insights to clientsWhat's in it for you:Be a part of an extremely fast growing technology startup transforming the way brands and organisations collaborate with their audience
