They offer legislation and technical support for their customers to ensure that all legal requirements comply with the law is always maintained. They are looking for a Remedial Electrician to work across a selection of commercial and industrial sites.Due to several large projects wins, they are looking to expand the business and are now seeking a Remedial Electrician in the North East area of the UK.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team to carry out Electrical Remedial Works for a range of clients. You should possess a good working knowledge of current electrical legislation, regulations, and standards, and have a proven track record of working in 24-hour operational environments.The role requires a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided to produce legible, accurate, and concise reports. Successful applicants will be required to work anywhere within the UK and should therefore expect to work away from their home address on an occasional basis.Key Responsibilities:Extensive knowledge of single and three-phase fault finding and first-time fixes.Good sound electrical knowledge for testing and installation works.To carry out electrical repairs/minor works on a variety of types of LV installations.To assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.To liaise with the Remedials/Operations Supervisor for planned and routine maintenance programs and reporting procedures.To maintain records of all work, ensuring that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales.Minimum Requirements:Electrical Installation (NVQ Level 3 / 236)C&G QualificationsAM218th EditionSwitch PanelsDistribution boardsIPAFPASMAFirst AidSalary & Benefits:Full-time position with an immediate start.45 hours a week (8 hours on site plus travel), with progression opportunities to Senior Remedial Electrician available.30 days paid annual leave including bank holidays.Company pension.Private medical/dental insurance included.For more information, please contact Jake on 07 810 704 031 or email a copy of your CV to ******.
