Continuous professional developmen t: Access to the full training library and support of various internal head office departments (debtors, payroll, hr and training and development) Direct report to an EXCO member, therefore autonomy in daily activities and implementation of strategy, with regular check-in meetings. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates. -Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. -Utilize your entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions in recruitment. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Requirements: -Proven track record in running a successful recruitment desk in the recruitment industry (at least 2- 5 years) -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. -Be a hunter. Generate new business. -Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. -Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervision -Is an office-based role, flexibility can be discussed once billings are consistent at the expected level Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
