Responsibilities: -Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates. -Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. -Utilize your entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions in recruitment. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Requirements: -Proven track record in running a successful recruitment desk in the recruitment industry (at least 2- 5 years) -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. -Be a hunter. Generate new business. -Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. -Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervision -Is an office-based role, flexibility can be discussed once billings are consistent at the expected level Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
