Mission
As a Senior Recruitment Partner at OfferZen, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to seek out and hire exceptional talent. You will be the primary recruitment expert, owning the full recruitment life cycle and driving all hiring processes. In addition to your core internal recruitment duties, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the OfferZen Embedded team during slower recruitment periods to assist our customers with sourcing and screening, providing support where capacity allows.

Responsibilities

Ensures that each interaction with the Talent Acquisition team fosters a memorable candidate experience, ensuring candidates walk away as brand ambassadors.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining high standards in candidate assessment and overall efficiency.
Build credibility and trust as a recruitment advisor, partnering closely with stakeholders and meeting hiring needs.
Ensure high-quality intake meetings and establish scorecards and hiring processes designed to achieve desired outcomes.
Regularly review the quality of hires and proactively refine processes to continuously improve outcomes.
Proactively build and manage pipelines of top talent, utilising diverse sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
Use data insights to inform and optimise recruitment strategies, ensuring effective hiring decisions.
Ensure recruitment systems (e.g., Greenhouse) are updated and used to generate actionable insights.
Assists with establishing and driving recruitment metrics related to responsiveness, process management and candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Embedded team during slower recruitment periods to support our external customers' hiring needs (sourcing, screening, etc.).

Background

National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
5+ years of working experience in full life cycle recruitment.
Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage the end to end recruitment process (Greenhouse experience is a plus!).
Experience using recruiting platforms and job boards such as LinkedIn for talent mapping and direct outreach.
Experience in (and an inclination for) Talent Acquisition project related work.
Experience working within a high growth tech startup /scale up is preferable.
A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience will be advantageous.
