PURPOSE OF JOB
As a senior recruitment consultant, you will have a proven track record of running a profitable desk showing consistent growth through market fluctuations whilst being a positive role model on the team.
Being able to work independently and show good leadership in driving the growth of your desk, this individual is consistently willing to step out of their comfort zone to achieve more growth and take on more responsibilities.

Be proactive in seeking out additional market opportunities to achieve further and consistent growth whilst ensuring adherence to company processes and client requirements.
To have experience working in a 360 Recruitment Consultant position and to have relationships with clients (NHS or/and Private sector).
To have a track record of good billings as a 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant.
To take the lead in ensuring better client and candidate relationship through the use of different initiatives.
To be a strong team player, contributing positively towards team improvement initiatives and being a positive voice for the business at all times.
To be at the forefront of providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
To show a strong understanding and promote company goals and objectives in day to-day working.
