Flexible Resources Management (FRM) is a dynamic and fast-moving service offering within Deloitte Consulting that provides clients with permanent and contractor recruitment/resourcing solutions.
Responsibilities:
On-going communication to the relevant Team Lead relating to market conditions.
Providing ongoing feedback to the Team Lead regarding the status of open jobs, new client activities, and growth of existing client base.
Understand the structures of professional services/consulting models and their policies and procedures.
Driving recruitment consultants to source suitable candidates as requested by clients.
Establish and maintain lasting relationships with your talent pipeline and clients, ensuring continual engagement of candidates and clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with other Account Managers to ensure clear, concise, and timely communication regarding achievement of targets and objectives as well as potential problem areas.
Adopt a philosophy of being a Deloitte brand ambassador as the direct point of contact with candidates and clients.
Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to the recruitment process, compliance, and the reporting thereof.
Take responsibility and accountability for the integrity of systems data.
Take responsibility for the achievement of realistic deadlines and ensure push communication around this.
Ensure that all candidates submitted are of high calibre and that all initial pre-screening and telephonic/face-to-face interviews have taken place.
Experience Required:
3 - 5 years' recruitment experience focusing on the sourcing of various skills for clients as well as identifying new clients across various industries within a specified focus within the IT sector.
2 years key account management experience focusing on the growth and development of clients within SMEs and large corporates.
Strong client development/relationship management skills.
In-depth job specification qualification experience submitted by clients by accessing career portals, social media sites, and personal networks.
General understanding of the basic conditions of employment and the associated risks.
Strong administration skills/experience regarding tracking daily recruitment activities and adhering to policies and procedures.
Proposal writing and submissions thereof.
Qualifications:
Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent.
Related Degree in Human Resources/Technology/Commerce.
Competencies Required:
Actively contribute to the overall annual revenue target of Flexible Resources Management.
Must be self-sufficient and able to work in a non-structured/non-micro-managed environment and still deliver successfully.
Contribute to a positive climate that encourages transparency among team members.
Ability to follow strict administration and internal governance and compliance processes.
Must be willing to share and transfer knowledge to others within the team.
Deadline driven and action-oriented.
Self-motivated.
