Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and positioning candidates for UK-based firms, managing LinkedIn outreach, and contributing to our reputation for high-quality, professional recruitment services.Key Responsibilities: Candidate Outreach & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage qualified candidates for tax, audit, and financial roles. Candidate Screening: Conduct screenings and detailed interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring a high standard of professionalism. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact with clients, understanding and delivering on unique client needs and expectations. Customized Candidate Presentation: Prepare a curated shortlist of candidates tailored to client preferences, with detailed candidate profiles. Follow-Up & Onboarding Support: Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases, ensuring successful placements. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, ideally within finance or accounting sectors. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields. Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present candidates to clients and manage client relationships.
