We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator.
Job Purpose: To effectively action Recruitment admin transactions, in a centralized support function according to Company Policy, Process and Compliance within agreed SLA timeframes.
Ensure that quality of output is delivered and service specifications are met.
Ensure recruitment transactions are completed accurately and quality controls are in place and followed.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the end to end processing of Recruitment administrative functions relating to New vacancies, promotions, transfers and contract to perm conversions. Supervise the delivery of end to end transactional administration activities associated with the employment cycle for all employees.
Draft and place job adverts on all relevant platforms.
Process all integrity checks including ITC, criminal, qualifications and ID verification, Fraud and World Sanctions checks for candidates entering the workforce and employee movement.
Monitor escalation of queries to improve front line service and Recruitment and HR Admin Data integrity through exception Support TSA in the company's recruitment Preparing applicable recruitment documentation as Providing professional assistance and support for incoming telephone, e-mail and system generated requests/queries within the agreed SLA timeframe.
Effectively manage tasks to ensure targets, deadlines and SLA requirements are achieved Make sure all input are submitted to payroll timeously – (Monthly and Weekly) Weekly and Monthly Daily planning on the shared Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of related tasks.
Ad hoc assistance on recruitment related projects: Alumni program, Graduate Program.
