Job Title: Senior Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Remote; Cape TownSalary: RnegCommission & Bonus Structure.Equipment provided and connectivity allowance.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced, driven, and business-savvy 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you are excellent at business development and have a proven track record working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners, this could be your role.In this role, you will recruit top talent for local and national South African clients. This position offers substantial earning potential and the autonomy to build your own portfolio and book of business.We are looking for Recruiters who consistently bill more than R250 000 per month.
