Key Responsibilities
Diverse Sourcing and Talent Mapping:
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top talent.
Develop innovative outreach strategies to attract a wide range of candidates.
Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across different functions and industries through talent mapping.
Candidate Engagement and Assessment:
Serve as the bridge between candidates and our clients.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience.
Provide comprehensive information about our clients and the role, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Guiding Candidates Through the Process:
Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining complete documentation on candidates' qualifications and status.
Maintain open communication, addressing candidate concerns and questions promptly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Candidate Placement:
Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
Leverage metrics to generate reports and identify areas for recruitment strategy enhancement.
Continuous Improvement:
Embrace a collaborative mindset.
Leverage data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Applicant
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in agency-related recruiting, preferably within the tech, media, or SaaS industries.
2-5 years of agency-related recruiting experience.
Sourcing experience using a variety of tools.
Experience using an applicant tracking system.
A meticulous approach to organization.
A network of sales, marketing, account management, and/or product employees.
An innate understanding of how to prioritize.
