Senior React Native Developer

IntroductionWe are looking for a Senior Developer with a passion for React Native development to join our team. You would be joining a team of dedicated DevOps, Backend, UI/UX, and Product Managers. The role entails Frontend UI + API Integrations with the Backend functions.Geo Rep is a fast-growing all-in-one field sales management app and productivity solution used by manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers with sales teams in the field visiting customers on a regular basis. Geo Rep automates repetitive tasks, reduces data entry to cut out admin, so field sales reps can spend more time selling and servicing your customers.QualificationMinimum 5 years of dedicated software development experience.Specific proven skills in React Native.University Degree in Computer Science, Programming or Electrical Engineering.Beneficial: Knowledge in PHP Development / Full Stack Development.Desired Experience & What The Job EntailsSolid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.Firm grasp of the React Native languages and their nuances.Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming.Working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.Ability to write native code for specific platforms.Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.Familiarity with CI/CD, git workflows, and ways of working.Beneficial: Experience in React JS, PHP, and MySQL will be a bonus.What the Job EntailsBe involved with projects from conception to completion that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design.Determine the structure and design of web pages and front-end applications.Develop the latest user-facing features using React Native.Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Guide and mentor junior team members.Remuneration720 – 960k Negotiable (Per Annum).Interested?Please include a cover letter as to why you are the right fit for Geo Rep with your application.If you have not had any response in three weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
