Detail:This Site Based position will lead all QS's on site.Responsibilities will include the following:Commercial Support of ProjectCost Reporting, Cash Flows, Cost to Completion and Budget ForecastsContractual Correspondence – early warnings, notifications and claimsCompilation and costing of contractual claimsCommercial Reviews of contract and contract documentsBid Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees, Construction Guarantees and Insurances – Applications and maintaining schedulesCoaching and supervising junior and intermediate quantity surveyors
