Senior Quantity Surveyor - Prqs Registered (Cape Town)

Key Skills & Experience - Matric and relevant tertiary qualification.
- PrQS registered with a minimum of 10 years post-registration experience.
- Expertise in large-scale commercial or retail new builds.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and WinQS; MRICS accreditation advantageous.
- Strong experience in public and private sector projects, with a background in both project management and staff leadership.
- Valid drivers license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel for project duties.
