SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PRQS REGISTERED (CAPE TOWN)The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the performance of the division, focusing on client retention and expanding the project portfolio. This role involves building new client relationships through service excellence, developing service offerings aligned with division strategy, and ensuring the profitable and timely delivery of quality professional services.Key Skills & ExperienceMatric and relevant tertiary qualification.PrQS registered with a minimum of 10 years post-registration experience.Expertise in large-scale commercial or retail new builds.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and WinQS; MRICS accreditation advantageous.Strong experience in public and private sector projects, with a background in both project management and staff leadership.Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel for project duties.By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
