As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include possessing strong expertise in cost control, cost management, and cost reporting. Additionally, experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimating is essential. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial, especially in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, proficiency in negotiation and effective communication with peers and consulting teams is highly valued.
Job experience and Skills Required: Minimum requirement of a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying and/or Construction Management.At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.Proficiency in JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.Experience with CSS Candy software. Apply now!
