If you're ready for a role that blends challenge with opportunity, come make your mark with them!RequirementsMinimum of 10 years' experience on general or major construction sites involving the supervision of a number of activities.CCS Candy Estimating and Valuations, CCS QTO, Microsoft Office.Duties include but are not limited to:Implement and adhere to all site financial systems that contribute commercially to the performance of the contracts (allowables, costs, P&G, revenue).Agree interim and final re-measurements for the project with client's quantity surveyors and subcontractors and prevent areas of conflict between the company and the client's quantity surveyors.Mentor, develop, and motivate junior quantity surveyors and trainees to improve performance and directly contribute to achieving a successful completion of projects.Correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
