We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.Level: SeniorKey Requirements:BTech QS or BSc QS (Honors advantageous).8+ years in Quantity Surveying within the Building industry, with specific experience in Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Education, and Industrial projects.Software Proficiency: Experience with CCS, BuildSmart, QTO, Excel, Word, and DimX.Strong cost control, cost management, and cost reporting skills. Experience in cost planning.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
